Working for the Technical Mnagament of Feltech we looked after the broadcaster managment
to supply TV pictures worldwide for the conference.

Working in 120 deg and Sandstorms we worked with the Saudia Goverment to help
Filmmaster produce a stunning event that was transmitted live accross the Middle East.
Never thought the UK weather would feel so good when back!

Westbeach is contracted to technically Manage the many Breakout, syndicate and
local country rooms for the event.
This consisted of 5 days with 40 rooms with numbers of 20 people - 500 people. Each meeting
was 1hr long with technical changes for each meeting.
We choose to use local suppliers because we could control the cost and with some equipment only
needed for 1 day we could make sudden changes as the event continued

WestBeach invested in VGA to Cat 5 extenders.
A number of clients have been needing to run VGA signals long distances. Running a VGA signal
more than 20m becomes a problem with signal quality or very messy cables. The solution is to use
extenders. We can now run signals up to 300m and also run neatly inside a building that has cat5
connectors in the wall.
